Each property on FaceBalkan has one of four cancellation policies. The policy is clearly displayed during booking and in your confirmation email.

Last-minute planners and uncertain travel dates

100% refund

Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in time

100% refund until 24 hours before check-in
50% refund within 24 hours of check-in
No refund after check-in time
Service fees are non-refundable

Moderate

Balanced protection for both guests and hosts

100% refund

Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in

100% refund until 5 days before check-in
50% refund between 5 days and 24 hours before check-in
No refund within 24 hours of check-in
Service fees are non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours

Strict

High-demand properties and extended stays

50% refund

50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in

100% refund until 48 hours after booking (grace period)
50% refund if cancelled 14 days or more before check-in
No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before check-in
Service fees are always non-refundable

Super Strict

Luxury properties and peak season bookings
